Resetting iLok Authorizations
The policy of UVI is to use all of your activations before deactivating. For example, each license has up to 3 activations. UVI prefers that, before deactivating a device, that you use all available activations first, because there is a cost to deactivate from a machine.
If you have used all of your activations and they are all unaccessible or locked, then please contact UVI support to reset your activations as we do not have access to the authorization portion of the license.
Also, make sure that you are signing in with the same iLok user ID as when you first registered.
