Where is My Serial Number?
When you first purchase any of our GM plugins (Not UVI based), we have three ways in which the user can get their serial numbers for their products. It is very important, especially for Gmail users that you reduce your spambox and look throughout all of your spam and junk box as gmail is notoriously bad at blocking transactional emails.
Shipping Update E-mail
We will send you a gospel musicians email that will be labeled Shipping Update and the serial will be there.
License Spring E-mail
An additional E-mail is sent to you via License Spring, which is the license authorization company we use. They also send you a copy of the Serial Number and access to a portal in which to manage your authorizations, i.e., deactivate computers.
Your Order Info
Finally, you can retrieve your serial number from your order information.
