Activation Issues

Update to the Newest Version

The number one reason why a serial number is not working is because you need to update the software to the newest version. You can update your software by logging into your gospelmusicians.com account and going Here

  • Please note that our GM products only support OSX 10.12+ and Windows 7+


Valid Serial Number and Format

Our serial numbers come in one of two serial number formats:

- Long License Format - P6SU-TM5R-Z4YM-C7H7-KSDP-GF2Z-CITA

- Short License Format - GFAQ-UV3N-24AK-L2MI


IMPORTANT NOTEOur serial numbers do not use the number "1", so many users make the mistake of using the number "1", instead of using the letter "I." So if you get a bad serial number, then please make sure to use the Letter "I," instead of the number "1." 


Serial Not Found in Our System?

If you purchased from a third party vendor, such as BigFish, AudioPlugin Deals, VST Buzz, etc...Then you need to Click Here in order to register your product with us. 



Maxed Out All of Your Activations

Please E-mail us to request an Activation reset of all of your products.


Blocked Access to the Server

Please turn off all virus protection, VPNs, Proxy Servers, and/or Firewalls. Also, if you are trying to activate through the plugin, please try activating by using the standalone application. It could be that the access to the server is being blocked. 



iLok Authorization

If you have purchased any of our UVI products that require iLok, such as: BlueBeast, TGX-85, TGX-99, Talkbox Jr., or Pure Sine, then you need to activate differently than how you would with our other Gospel Musicians Products. Please See video Below:
