Refund Policy

A. VENDOR REFUNDS: Please note that any technical problems with any of the products are handled through our vendors and not this site explicitly. We are not responsible for the product, as we are only resellers, however we will assist you in any issue(s) that you may have with the products:

 B. DAMAGED GOODS (SHIPPED): If your product arrives damaged, please do not proceed to open the product. You may return the damaged product and we will refund your shipping costs after we have received your product. If the product has been opened and one of the DVD's is scratched or inoperable, we will ship you a replacement CD or DVD. If you have had your product more than 21-days upon receipt as reported by the tracking, then no replacement CD or DVD is warranted. It is your responsibility to review your package upon immediate receipt of it.

 C. SATISFACTION REFUNDS: There are no refunds for unsatisfactory goods. We are more than generous in offering live product demos of our products so you can see EXACTLY the type, style, and method of teaching and/or sounds that we provide. Because of this, there are no refunds for disliking a particular products sound or instructional information.

 C(i.) DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: There are absolutely no refunds for downloadable goods! This is because once you download the products, there is no way to return it, nor is there proof of deleting it. Also, please make sure of the following before downloading the product(s):

  1. Please make sure that your computer is up-to-date. If you have an older computer (More than 3-years old), then we recommend not downloading eGoods.
  2. We require internet speeds of about 100MB/s or Higher as High Speed internet is required to download such large files.
  3. If you do not receive your download link in your E-mail, then please check your Junk Mail box. Also, please make sure that you did not purchase with eCheck through PayPal. In this case, you will have to wait until the check clears
  4. If you are not computer savvy and do not know the basics of computers, then we recommend not downloading eGoods. eGoods are for those of you who are very familiar with computers and know their way around file types, folders, video, and audio basics.
     

E. RESELLS OR TRANSFERS: We reserve the write to accept or deny any re-sells of serial authorizations if we deem the sell as suspicious activity or possible fraudulent behavior. We also reserve the write to deny transfer or sale for any reason and it is subject to the discretion of Gospel Musicians staff.
