Gospel Musicians LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) primarily sells digital software, sample libraries, and downloadable content, with limited physical media in select cases. Due to the nature of digital products and licensing, all sales are generally final, subject to the terms outlined below.
Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
A. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
Some products sold on our website may be fulfilled, licensed, or supported by third-party vendors.

Technical issues related to third-party products must be addressed directly with the vendor

Gospel Musicians LLC acts as a reseller and is not responsible for vendor defects or performance

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the appropriate vendor or resolving issues when possible
B. DAMAGED PHYSICAL GOODS (SHIPPED ITEMS ONLY)
If you receive a physical product (e.g., DVD, CD, or other shipped media) that arrives damaged:

Do not open the product

Contact us immediately upon receipt

Return the unopened damaged item for inspection
Upon receipt of the damaged item:

We will refund applicable shipping costs, or

Provide a replacement disc if the media inside is scratched or inoperable
Time Limitation

Claims must be made within 21 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information

Claims made after this period are not eligible for replacement or refund
It is your responsibility to inspect physical shipments immediately upon delivery.
C. SATISFACTION & PREFERENCE-BASED REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction, personal preference, or subjective evaluation of:

Teaching style
-
Musical content

Instructional approach
We provide live demos, previews, walkthroughs, and detailed descriptions to ensure customers can evaluate products prior to purchase.
Purchasing confirms that you understand and accept the nature of the product.
D. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (NO REFUNDS)
ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of downloadable goods, there are absolutely no refunds for:

Expansion packs

Virtual instruments
Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as deleted.
Before Purchasing Digital Products, Please Ensure:

Your computer is reasonably current (recommended: less than 3 years old)

You have high-speed internet (recommended: 100 Mbps or higher for large files)

You are comfortable working with:

You check your spam/junk folder if a download email is not received

You understand that PayPal eCheck payments require clearance before download access is provided
If you are not familiar with basic computer operations, we recommend not purchasing digital products.
E. LICENSE RESELLS, TRANSFERS & SERIALS
Gospel Musicians LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Approve or deny any request to resell or transfer a license or serial authorization

Deny transfers that appear suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent

Revoke access if license terms are violated
All licenses are subject to the EULA and are not guaranteed to be transferable.
F. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

Immediate revocation of digital access

License termination
-
Account suspension or banning
Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
G. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

Duplicate purchases made in error

Proven failure of digital delivery that cannot be resolved

Errors caused directly by our systems
All exceptions are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
