📱 SMS Marketing & Text Message Communications (Updated — Includes AI & Automation)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from Gospel Musicians LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at the mobile number you provide.
1. Messages You May Receive
When you opt in, you may receive text messages that include:
-
Promotional offers, deals, updates, and marketing messages
-
Transactional and account notifications
-
Updates, alerts, and other messages related to your relationship with Gospel Musicians
-
Messages that may be generated or assisted by automated systems including artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools for the purposes of improving personalization, relevance, and delivery
“AI & Automated Messaging” means we may use automated technologies, including machine-assisted content creation or optimization, to help personalize SMS content, generate message variants, and optimize send times. Use of such AI does not change your rights to opt out or the nature of the content, and your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree that automated or AI-assisted processes may generate certain messages, responses, or suggestions, but all messages we send remain controlled by and under the responsibility of Gospel Musicians LLC. AI may be used to help tailor offers based on preferences and engagement patterns but will not be used to infer highly sensitive personal information beyond what you have consented.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies (typically 1–8 per month). Message count depends on your interactions, campaigns you subscribe to, and your preferences.
3. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Opting in to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase, and no purchase is necessary to join the texting program.
5. Opt-Out / STOP
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final confirmation message, and you will not receive further SMS marketing messages.
6. Help / SUPPORT
Need help or have questions? Reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@gospelmusicians.com for assistance.
7. Carriers & Third Parties
We may use third-party service providers to deliver SMS messages. Carriers and service providers are not responsible for message delivery issues, errors, or timing.
8. Compliance & Legal
You acknowledge that we may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to manage and send text messages, including segmentation, personalization, and delivery optimization. Our use of AI is governed by applicable laws and privacy standards in our Privacy Policy.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing SMS/text marketing, including federal law (TCPA) and any state laws that apply to SMS marketing, such as Texas SMS marketing requirements (e.g., consumer consent disclosures, timing restrictions, and other state-specific mandates where applicable).
