My product stopped working

More than Likely, you will need to download and update to the newest version of the software HERE. Please see image below as to how to access your serials and update your software. You must be logged into your account in order to access this page.

How do I Download My Product and/or Obtain My Serial Number?

I don't see my product(s).

There are only two main reasons why a person’s products are not showing up on their account:

1. You are not using the same “old” email address you used to purchase. Often times the account is old and you are trying to use a “new” email address, but when you first purchased the product, you were using an older email address. If you don’t have access to that old email anymore, then you need to fill out the account change form HERE. Please make sure you use the same older address on file to confirm the account belongs to you.

2. You purchased from a third party vendor such as VSTBuzz, AudioPlugin Deals, etc., and didn’t register. For security and logistic reasons, when you purchase from a third party partner, we do not have access to their backend system, neither do they have access to ours, so you need to register the product by filling out the form HERE. 


If you are 100% sure that you have the correct email address, then you may need to Activate your account as we have migrated to a new system. Activate and follow the instructions HERE.

I can't purchase product.

How do I download samples?

How do I activate my expansions?

  1. Go back to your products area here and make sure you are using the correct serial. Sometimes the serial you initially used, is not the same serial for the expansion.
  2. Make sure you have updated your software to the newest version Here.
  3. If you are trying to activate inside of your DAW, then please try to activate using the Standalone app.

How do I install my UVI Product?
