Jamal's Flash requires a full 1GB memory for your XF or MOXF. You cannot use a thumb or USB drive. You need to purchase the official Yamaha 1GB Flash board. Montage/MODX owners have this built in.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

Your products are delivered instantly as 100% of our products are digital downloads. If did you receive an email, then please read below:

  • The reason why your download links are probably missing is because you are using Gmail, which notoriously blocks transactional emails. Please watch this video here to whitelist our site.

  • How can I Get a refund?

Generally, there are no refunds for digital downloadable products, but if we find that for some reason our products do not work with your system, then we can authorize a refund. We provide ample amount of video examples of our products and what they sound and look like, so satisfaction refunds are not granted.
