⚠️ As of July 1, 2025 we have updated our licensing system to a new and more modern licensing system. This new licensing system provides the following benefits
✅ The user-base login requires a one-time password setup, separate from your store account login. You may reuse your store password. To set it, log in to your storeaccount first, then click Click Here in order to set your user-base password.
➜🚪 How to Register a User-Base Password
- Go to GospelMusicians.com and Login to your account.
- Set a new password Here for your user-base account.
- Make sure you have downloaded the newest version of the software(Even if you think you already have)
📝 Installation Cheat Sheet
- Download the Newest Version of the Installer.
- Unzip the download and run the installer.
- Open the app, go to Settings → LICENSE, and enter your new User-Base login credentials.
- Go to the DOWNLOAD tab. At the top, locate SAMPLE FOLDER and click the folder area to choose which drive will store your samples.
- Still in the DOWNLOAD tab, search for your expansion or factory content and download the samples.

🔌 Unlocking Expansions

💡 The main thing to know about expansion products is that, once purchased, there is no separate software download. Our store recognizes your purchase and all expansions are unlocked inside of the main product. For example if you purchased the Upright Grand for the Pure Synth® Platinum, then all of the samples, presets, and content are activated and downloaded inside of Pure Synth Platinum.
🪜 Easy Unlock Steps
- Download the Base Product (Pure Synth®, MiDIculous, etc…) as per above
- Go to the LICENSE section in Settings and Click REFRESH
- Access the expansion via the Preset Browser and the left banner
- The expansion should already be unlocked

🔴 Method 1 - Using the Red Button
- Locate and click the red button.
- If the red button does not work, it likely means you are not using the latest version of the software. To resolve this, update your software to the most current version and try again.
🗂️ Method 2 - Download TAB
- Navigate to the Downloads area within the software.
- Use the search function to find the Upright Expansion.
- Once located, select the expansion and proceed with the download.

📧 Using the Wrong E-mail address
When you register the new user-base login as per Here, you need to use the same E-mail address as your GM Store account email. This is how we are able to lookup your orders and confirm your purchase.
🚫 You cannot use a different user-base email address different from your GM Store login, because there would be no way to lookup your order information.
💾 Download the Newest Software Version
Please make sure to download the newest version of the software Here. The newest version of the software will insure that you are up to date with the newest user-base login changes.
🗝️ You Did Not Set Your Password
You signed up a user-base account, but you failed to set your password. Login to your Gospel Musicians Store account, then Click Here to set or reset your password.
🔐 Using the Wrong Password
You cannot login to the app using your GM Store Login and Password. A new user-base login and password is needed. You re fine to use the same passwords; however you need to use the same GM Store E-mail address. You cannot login to the just using your store credentials without registering the user-base account.
🧩 Activate Using the Standalone and Not the Plugin
Do not attempt to activate the app from within the plugin. Please make sure to activate it using the standalone version first. Once the standalone version is activated, the plugin will automatically unlock.

What is a Beta Version
A beta version of software is where we release new features of the software that have not been fully tested yet. It is used to fix some issues as well and we use the Beta version as introducing new features and or fixing complex bugs.
If you install the Beta and it doesn't work well for you, you can always download the previous version, which will override the beta.
