This library is a revamp of version 1, where we swapped out the two main pianos and added our brand new Clarity and Upright Grands. We also re-organized the library so that all of the sounds, samples, and click-track performances can all load in one single file and neatly organized in one library. It is also exclusively for the Montage Format so no more XF Conversions.

  • The Yamaha Montage and MODX+ can load 1.75GB (Built-In)
  • The M-Series can load 3.8GB (Built-In)
  • The Yamaha Montage can load 1GB only, so we created a version with less RAM which removed some of the velocity layers from the pianos.
  • We included a 1.22GB version with all of the piano layers and a smaller MODX version with less piano layers.
  • All versions (MODX, MODX+, M-Series) can load the .X7L Montage Libraries

What is the Benefit of Upgrading

  1. All Sounds, including the drum loops are in one, easy to find, library. Version 1 had all of them spread out.
  2. We added the two new Upright and Clarity grand piano sounds.
  3. Easier and faster loading into the newer keyboards.
  4. No additional FLASH RAM Needed to be installed as the newer keyboards come with the Flash built-in.

Is there an Upgrade Discount from Version 1

Yes, there is a crossgrade discount if you owened the original Jamal's Flash. Just login and the discount will automatically be applied.

What about my Yamaha XF or XS?

Unfortunately, technology is moving forward and with all of our newer libraries, we are only supporting the Yamaha MONTAGE, MODX, MODX+, and M-Series moving forward.

How does it compare to the Plugins?

The sounds are great, but if you want the full 100% sound, the plugins are the way to go as they do not have any sample library memory issues. With the Yamaha keyboards, we are still restricted to the size limitations.

Will the sounds work in any other keyboards?

No, only the four keyboards listed here will load any of our Yamaha Sounds: MONTAGE, MODX, MODX+, and M-Series.
